Joaquin Daniels grew up in Whittier,California cultured in the music and soul of the Los Angeles underground. Daniels was shortly mentored by DJ Dusk of the Root Down System while working record promotions and side bar Dj duties for Kajmere Sound. Daniels aspired songwriting as his soul platform while Earning a songwriting /Music Production degree at Santa Ana College that led to his first project Trial By Fire (Breaking off Styles ent.),Shortly after, Daniels met Los Angeles hip-hop legends from Project Blowed Abstract Rude and Myka Nyne of the Freestyle Fellowship along with celebrated Producer DJ Fat Jack. Fat Jack featured Daniels in the Lp in 2012 “ENDURE”. In 2017 Daniels released albums Well Travelled Joaqamole and many featured songs with artists like Moka Only (Swollen Members)EV Thompson , Rifleman Ellay Khule,2 mex (OMD,Visionaries) shortly after. April 2024 Joaquin Released his long anticipated album “Turquoise Soul” (Acid Lab Records), Combining both his skills as a Dj and a Songwriter has truly given Joaquin Daniels the pocket and platform to show all of his talents through expression.
