Born in Sumatera but Based in Bandung, Indonesia, Syeqy gained attention with her first rap performance in September 2019 and finally started her music career in early 2020. A firm believer of “music as a way of one’s self expression” thus making her music spectrum in a wide and varied way. Grew up listening to various artist that influenced her as a person and also in music. Syella Quamilla Yommy a.k.a Syeqy, moves genuinely between hip-hop, rnb, and soul beats with a bold, self-assured yet life of the party expression. Having collaboration with artist, Uncle Yama in his single “MOB” in February 2020 as Syeqy’s first debut with her feminine flow. With her first single “Inadequate”, Syeqy reveals another persona of hers that is more vulnerable and raw, more honest. On July 28th 2023, she released her single titled “Drunk In Love”. Using her voice through music to discuss and acknowledge the phenomenon of “toxic relationships”.
