Biography

Born and raised in London UK, Made By Pete is an artist who can count mavens of the electronic music scene like Damian Lazarus, Keinemusik, Black Coffee and Pete Tong as big fans of his sound. After cementing himself as one of the finest producers and DJs around, his work has been snapped up by taste-making labels such as Crosstown Rebels, Flying Circus and The Soundgarden to name but a few. 2023 kicked off in style with the critically acclaimed ‘Horizon Red’ featuring the beautiful vocals of Zoe Kypri on Crosstown Rebels, which has garnered huge attention globally from DJs, radio and fans alike with the live performance video going viral with millions of views. Remixed by label boss Damian Lazarus himself, look out for other huge remixes to be announced soon. Made By Pete’s breakthrough came in 2018 with his ‘So Long’ EP (Crosstown Rebels) featuring vocals from the brilliant Jem Cooke. Featuring remixes from the mighty Solomon and Audiojack, the release topped the Beatport charts and received heavy rotation on BBC Radio 1 from the likes of Pete Tong. Throughout his impressive career so far, James Boore aka Made By Pete has played all over the world from Space Ibiza to the jungles of Tulum and Off Sonar in Barcelona plus legendary UK venues such as Fabric, O2 Brixton Academy, Ministry of Sound and Birmingham’s Rainbow Venues. Meanwhile throughout Spring ’23 he embarks on his first tour of India and Asia.
