Forming in 2018, Brandon Meyer fronts this Soul, Rock, Funk, Jazz combo. Coming to life in collaboration with Mathew Farry. Their latest single 'Silver Spade' is a romantic soft rock/soul song about longing to move to the big city. Painting broad strokes of love, pain and longing, the song captures the emotions of many creatives living in the small towns around the country who are struggling to get by. ‘Wow, That’s A Lot of Cocoa’ explores moods of; relaxation, groove, chill, sex and slow vibe. Styles that are explored include; Dub, Indie-Soul, Surf-rock and Alt-rock. The production on this record is reminiscent of Khruangbin, Cymande, Shuggie Otis and El Michels Affair. Percussion was inspired by Milton Nascimento and Herbie Hancock. Mood inspiration from Surprise Chef, Karate Boogaloo, Son Little and Connan Mockasin.
