Bay Area rapper Khari was introduced to music by always being around friends who were always doing music. By constantly being around them he eventually would try it out himself using music as a way to vent. After recording his first few songs, people noticed his style was different than any other Bay Area artist. Khari broke through with his first hit “Ibiza” and kept his momentum going dropping single after single. Khari was born Khari Vanderbilt in San Jose, Ca and got into music by being around his small group of friends who happened to be artists themselves. After recording his first time his friends noticed his style was a lot different than what most Bay Area artists sound like. He would have a breakthrough in his hometown with his single “Ibiza” and “4L”. Khari brings a very emotionally reaching style by rapping as well as harmonizing.
