Biography

Born Idowu Samson Oluwadamilare, MVP is a Rapper, Singer, Songwriter, Record Producer, Music Enthusiast and an all round Pop Artiste. In 2012 his love for Rap got him on a record with Lil Kesh titled "Am I Mad" which then became a street buzz. MVP began his music journey officially in 2014 with his first single "Oluwa Se Aanu". In 2015, He put out his next song tiled "SOS" (Bad Girls Need Love Too), along with the video, which then earned him the number 5 spot on City FM's top Ten countdown, and Beat FM airing it on their "Fresh Beats" episode. In 2016, He released a smashing club hit titled "Tush" which featured YCee and Toby Grey. The song quickly earned it's spot on Beat FM again and quickly became a fan favorite. The video for Tush followed and MTVBase Africa was first to show it to the world. Following the release of the song, was an E.P titled "TUSH" which was an Acronym for "Turnt Until Something Happens". In 2017, MVP released hard Trap song titled "Awon Temi", which was quick to gain love in the streets and on Radio and as the visuals came out, local TV stations were eager to have it on, dropped a mixtape same year titled "Militia", and produced two songs off the 18 track mixtape with features from Peter Clarke, High M, and Skyz. 2018 has been a year for the best and the next single that touched the sexiness and sultriness of the season of love was the song "My Love".
