Amber Marie is an up and coming R&B singer songwriter from the small town of Hagerstown, MD. The 24 year old has been singing since she was just five years old. Despite facing setbacks, not advancing in competitions and struggling with depression she never lost faith. Those tough times inspired her first song “Advice” . In 2024 the songwriter took home 2 of her very first Wammie Awards for Best R&B Song & Artist. With the release of her Deput Ep “Take Ten” she aims to connect with people on a deeper level, using her sweet vocals and poetic yet straightforward lyrics to convey her messages of her journey as an artist. Take Ten is an ode to trusting the process no matter how long it takes, Amber wants her listeners to know that you’re not always going to get things right on the first try, even in her own music career she has faced struggles with doubt surrounding her artistry and music she makes.
