Toronto-based DJ and producer Skeith draws upon picture-esque soundtrack harmonies, driving experimental dance and euphoric French house for a fearless, emotionally-varied style that is always moving. Inspired directly by artists with expansive worlds like Porter Robinson, Sinjin Hawke and Savant, Skeith is driven by a fantastical unrelenting passion for music. Skeith’s debut album, A Feeling I Thought I’d Lost, caught the ear of Nottingham, U.K’s Glacci, who released it on his imprint Moonbeams in February 2022. In March 2022, Skeith released his second studio album, You Could Have It All, on San-Francisco based Tabula Rasa Records. An audio journal of more experimental ideas, the album focused on more intimate headspaces and the darker corners of marvelous, glimmering club spaces. Notably, the album’s percussive, war-drum featuring opener, "Running", featured on Season 3 of acclaimed documentary series VICE on SHOWTIME. In 2023, Skeith would also gain traction in the VRChat club scene. Alongside playing in acclaimed venues like GHOSTCLUB and Shelter, he would also have a track “Vengeance” released on MOLD, the first compilation by LA-based label SHELTERNET. He would also feature on Tabula Rasa Records’ Here & Now compilation, featuring collaborations from fast-rising names in underground electronica like Kelbin and RamonPang. The compilation was acclaimed for its “cohesivity with Tabula Rasa’s identity” but also its willingness to “break new ground” in electronic music.
