Vinci is a Pacific Northwest hip-hop artist born and raised in Tacoma WA. His love for the art began at the age of 12 after listening to Kid Cudi’s 2009 album “Man on the moon” then In 2014 with Logic’s debut album “Under pressure” he was inspired to begin his own rap career but with no connection or resources in the music industry he put his goals on the shelf. In 2015 he began writing poems for an open mic that his school was providing and with in two years he had decided to stop waiting for the opportunity to start his career and began working on his first EP. In early 2018 he had started using Rap Chat an app on his iPhone that provided instrumentals and a platform for him to post his music. By mid 2018 he had accumulated roughly 130 songs uploaded to Rap Chat when he decided to take it to the next level and try posting to the more traditional streaming platforms. Then in august he had released 5 songs the “Fake-EP” this was the first time his music was released under the name Vinci. Attempting to improve his music with no resources he begins to use iMovie as the best alternative to recording his music and within 4 months his first album was complete “Alchemy” and then released in November of 2018. This process continued until his second album release in July of 2019 “Killing for family” and his latest release “Episode: 4” released November of 2019 and this completed the “Fake Series”
