Over the years, his soulful renditions of Manipuri Matam Eshei and Sankritan songs have captivated audiences across the region. With over 31 years of experience in Manipuri Matam Eshei and 24 years in Manipuri Sankritan, his contribution to Manipuri music is unparalleled. He has appeared in lead and supporting roles in nine Manipuri digital films and one teleplay. His contributions as a playback singer for both Manipuri Celluloid and Digital films further cement his status as a versatile artist. Over the course of his career, he has released 30 solo albums and more than 2000 Manipuri songs.
