Coréon Dú debuted his music career in 2010 in his native Angola and has steadily gained international recognition with a repertoire that fuses Angolan and Latin sounds with a soulful contemporary edge. He was recently considered one of Forbes Magazine´s 15 Young African Creatives Rebranding the Image of Africa and has attained international accolades including nominations for the Kora Awards and AFRIMMA , as well as wins at the African Entertainment Awards and the Angolan Music Awards .
