Yung TS is an artist coming to take over the game by storm. Despite being born in the UK, he originally started off making hits in his home countries language ‘Shona’ (language of Zimbabwe). He got into this type of music not long after his dad’s passing in 2011. His dad’s passion was music as he collected many music CD’s of every genre and would dedicate every Friday as ‘Music Day’. Therefore, Yung TS grew up around a lot of music causing him to start writing after his father passed away to continue where his father left off. He has channelled all his energy into music ever since. Recently, he decided to experiment and make music in English as he believes it’s only right, since he was born in the UK. This has turned out well for him as since 2021 he has been previewing many of his songs on social media and 1M+ viewers have appreciated and enjoyed his music. Seeing the positive feedback online, he decided to drop his first english single, ‘Holding On’. It was played on BBC Radio numerous times and brought a lot of attention to him. He then went onto drop his biggest single to date ‘Air Force’ which went viral worldwide clocking millions of views independently. The recognition motivated Yung TS so much that he said ‘I will be putting more music out consistently. This is my passion’.
