Blak Luck aka (Luchyano, Jimmie Mac, Mr. State 2 State) was born in the 80’s in New York during the era of the crack epidemic and grew up in the 90’s rap’s golden era. Musically Blak Luck is a rare breed on and off the mic from his unique delivery and original flow to his abnormal background growing up all over the East Coast makes his sound different! Blak Luck dropped his 1st release in the streets entitled “The Rawness Mixtape,” feat. Dutch Shultz from Dc July 2003. Ironically that same day Luck was locked up for the 1st time and almost every project afterwards to date Luck had unfortunate legal troubles. While walking the streets homeless he put out 2004’s “Kill Or Be Killed,” in honor of his cousin " Killa" from Queens who got murdered. 2005’s “Lordz Of War,” hosted by Harlem's own DJ Capone (BlockBurners) 2008’s “Out On Bail,” hosted by DJ Thoro amazingly was recorded and released while Luck was Out On Bail in 2 states! On My Supafly Shit with DJ Kool Kid and Will Alwayz Ride with DJ Thoro had the streets buzzing. With being on over 30+ official mixtapes from Dj Trigga, Dj L-Gee, and DJ Lazy K! Blak Luck most recent solid album "Eastsyde The Street Album," the first mixtape album from Blak Luck since Will Alwayz Ride With a never quit mentality Blak Luck overcame all odds (Incarceration, homelessness,) to drop this project!
