Ziad Waleed also known as ( Nubi ) is an Egyptian rapper and singer born and raised in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Nubian roots and black skinned presence which make him special with his multicultural background. Nubi’s music career started in young age as a freestyle rapper and rap battler in the streets of the grand city of Cairo, his debut (MPAPPE) popped up and reached to more than 300k views and streams and ranked Nubi to be one of Egypt’s hottest fresh rap stars in 2019. That positioning got nubi to work on his debut EP (ATR EL NOOM) in 2021 to introduce himself as the first representation of Nuba and its culture by taking us in an train trip discovering his outstanding and brave fusion of Nubian Folk inspired by the king (Mohamed Mounir) and the new wave of the Egyptian Hip-Hop. Currently the young star is working on his second concept LP Album and hoping to release it by this year, looking forward to have his mother city Aswan to become a platform for modern arts and music.
