Movie Monroe is an American do all artist, producer and engineer. Originally born November 4th, 1998 in Buffalo, NY. Monroe currently resides in Las Vegas, NV. His passion for music began before birth, with his father being the lead to several bands across Western New York. Being exposed to an eccentric and eclectic lifestyle, the roots to Monroe's sound were planted early on. At the age of 12 years old Monroe lost his father. His teenage years were filled with grief and struggles after being kicked out of his home. Working dozens of dead end jobs, Monroe realized this life was not meant for him and pursued a career in music. The hustle he learned from hardship, paired with pain and trauma creates his soulful blend of hip-hop, trap, rock & R&B. Inspired by the likes of Muhammad Ali, Monroe's charisma explodes through speakers, uplifting and motivating anyone who listens. After releasing his hit song “If You Had a Soul” in 2021, Monroe has gained over 7 million streams. His debut mixtape “Sinematic” cemented his status in the underground as the one to watch. Monroe signed with On Sight Records in late 2024.
