BLACK LIVES MATTER Artist/Songwriter Born and raised in the Bakersfield, California. Blake Alexander has seen the ups and downs of family members, brothers, as well as his own demise. Upon leaving for college to live in Orange County for a fresh start, he also discovered that a pen was his best way to cope with life. His use of witty and cunning lyrics convey his perception of the struggles around him, while motivating listeners to become the best them that they can be. From smooth pure ballads, to energetic feel good music, Blake Alexander is a dual edged sword that will cut into a listeners heart when given the chance. In 2017 Blake Alexander opened for the likes of Trinidad James & Kweku Collins at The Glass House in Pomona, California. The following year he was asked to open for the likes of DaBaby and Saint JHN in The Observatory located in Santa Ana, and due to COVID-19 his live performances have been stalled for the time being.
