Debuting as a solo artist, he creates a genre-bending sound in his native tongue that borrows elements of Malay Soul, Indie and R&B, but remaining sincerely Akid. Within his sonic realm, the listener is entirely encapsulated within a bygone era dreamt up by distinctively colourful waves of synth and old school groove.
