Record producer Izzy Drago otherwise known as Ivan Montes; was born in Mexico City, Mexico. At a young age his family migrated to the U.S. to provide him with better opportunities than they had growing up. Being in a foreign country with a language barrier was difficult, but in hard times the family would turn to music to brighten up their days. 
 Izzy Drago’s music has been influenced by his parents, both with different taste in music. From Salsa, Cumbia, Spanish Rock, and Mexican Pop as well as Regional Mexican. 
 As Izzy Drago got older and assimilated to his new life and different cultures, he discovered his love for Hip Hop and Reggaeton music. Artists like: Lil Wayne, Dr.Dre, Daddy Yankee, and Luny Tunes. 
 This melting pot of genres has led Izzy Drago to create a sound of his today.
