CCI KIU is an Argentinean singer and song writer who comes from the city of Cordoba. Apart from being a song writer, Cci is also a multi-instrumentalist and an arranger of a variety of music styles, going from the song genre till contemporary music mixed with electro, folk, and experimental. She graduated as a piano teacher from the Musical Superior Conservatory “Félix Garzón”. Also, she got a degree in Musical Composition at the National University of Córdoba. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the National University in the subject Orquestación III (Orchestration III) that is headed by Professor Juan Carlos Tolosa. In addition, she is part of a research group from the National University of Córdoba which is directed by Mgter. Andrea Sarmiento. In this group she works on art integration at secondary schools from Córdoba. CCI KIU’s music is like a trip to different soundscapes where she is constantly appealing to a sensitive and introspective search, and going through all possible stages – from her song lyrics till every detail on the music nature she selects. Her music is not limited to an only style but it means to overflow by the power of rock, the unlimited search of sounds with styles like glitch and experimental, and the formation of textures which define her distinctive sound art. When composing, she makes use of every available resource and has the advantage of being able to program and record much of the music she produces.
