Like shifting lanes at high speeds, Rublow seamlessly switches his flows and patterns as he fuses massive modern melodies with old school-style bars. Sporting the dexterity of a prizefighter, the Tampa, FL rapper dips in and out of vivid storytelling and hypnotic hooks, introducing himself as a vital and vibrant voice for the South. After generating a buzz online with a series of releases before landing a deal with Cash Money Records, he constantly chases down a “sound you’re not going to get anywhere else. I’m talking about life from a new perspective. I’m an inspired young black kid who came from nothing and is trying to make my people proud. I’m a man of God. I’m trying to trailblaze.” Absorbing inspiration from his grandma Kitty Daniels, a celebrated pianist who notably accompanied the likes of Ray Charles, James Brown, and many more. She imparted her love for the instrument on her grandson by teaching him how to play. Simultaneously, his parents played records ranging from Sizzla, Michael Jackson, Queen, 2Pac, Biggie, Jadakiss and more. Adopting this diverse palette, he made music intermittently before taking it seriously at 16-years-old. Rublow unveiled singles “Wishing Freestyle,” “Rublow2x,” and “Dumb Dumb” catching Ronald “Slim” Williams’ attention. Rublow’s honesty will resonate for a long time. “I want people to hear authenticity in my voice, originality. I want to motivate them when they listen and are feeling low. I want them to feel like they can do this too.”
