Lian July, born Julia Mozganova, was a music producer and DJ from Israel. Producing a variety of deeper electronic styles, from Progressive to Dark Techno, Mozganova discovered her love of music from an early age. Initially she was a party organizer in the biggest clubs in Israel. After getting amazing reviews for her good work and dedication in the field of party promotion, Julia decided to take her career to the next stage and began producing her own music in 2009. Throughout her career she was a big contributor to the underground scene. Julia Mozganova passed away on May 24 2017, following a long battle with cancer. She was 25 years old.
