Biography

Georgie Brown is a British/French singer and songwriter with a passion for creating diverse music - whether it’s a swing jazz tune that gets you snapping your fingers or a groovy house track to blast out in the car.
Starting out with dance classes at the age of three, music became a huge part of her life from a young age. She grew up discovering many different musical genres thanks to her parents - everything from Fleetwood Mac to The Police to Oscar Peterson.
Georgie first started singing jazz when she became a member of a swing jazz band at the age of thirteen and very quickly fell in love with the timelessness of the genre. Still passionate about exploring new genres, she started working with her brother on two EDM tracks and released her first electronic pop song “Free” in 2020, inspired by the sounds of London Grammar.
Currently studying jazz in Paris, she has just released her first jazz compositions album with her quartet "My Gramps Was A Jazzman" and has released her first two house tracks : “On Your Mind” with Brooklyn-based producer Michael Grald and “Come Together Baby” with Iranian producer Serpoosh.
