Trishita Recs is a Madhya Pradesh-bred and Kolkata-Mumbai-based indie artist and playback singer. She is known for her expertise as a vocalist and her versatile palette of original music which she co-writes with fellow lyricists and composers. Her songs - Aasmaan, Sab Ruk Sa Gaya, Teri Rooh and Tum Mujhe Jaante Ho are some fan favourites. She made her playback debut for a Netflix Original production - Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein, the song is called Humra Sajaniya She's also the recipient of the INDIAN INDEPENDENT MUSIC AWARD (Hungama x Artist Aloud x Meta) in the category - LIVE performance - Female. Her roots are in Hindustani Classical Music, however, she is now experimenting with styles like jazz, pop-rock, gospel, fusion and ballads.
