Arjun Sasi is originally from Cochin, in the state of Kerala. He is considered as one of the only rappers since 2004 from South India or Kerala. He completed his bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communication at MKCE in Karur, and he began his music career with his debut album ISAI with band S5 consisting of Benny Dayal SUVI Bhargavi Pillai Anaitha Nair and began writing music for various stage shows. After the success of the band S5, Arjun Sasi worked along Vineeth Sreenivasan Jakes Bejoy and Santhosh Narayanan for the 2007 album Malayalee. He provided song vocals for various eminent music directors including Vidyasagar, Deepak Dev, Vishal Bhardwaj, Pravin Mani etc. Sasi is also an actor, having starred in the lead role of the Malayalam film Out Of Syllabus and By The People. His latest works include songs like Ottappuradan Fly With Me and Poru Poru (Malayalam Football World Cup Celebration Anthem) with Fejo
