Since taking 5th place at Eurovision 2021 and placing 2nd among televotes, Ukrainian electro-folk band Go_A has remained in the top of Google searches that year. Their legendary song “SHUM” became #2 in Spotify Viral USA & #1 in Spotify Viral Worldwide. “SHUM” was also the 1st Ukrainian song ever to hit the Billboard Top 200 chart and truly became an international phenomenon with over 100,000,000 streams worldwide, being the 17th Eurovision track to reach this mark and the 5th non-English-language track in the top. At the end of the 2021, GO_A won the Eurovision Awards in the category of “Most Innovative Stage Production” and won the Vision Music Awards hosted by Wiwibloggs in two nominations: “Most Memorable Staging” and “Best Use of Props”! According to the Eurovision Song Contest Radio Go_A’s “SHUM” remains among the best top 3 in the history of the song contest. Go_A song “Solovey” also entered this chart. For the first time in history, two Ukrainian-language songs were included in this top at once. The band has also been actively touring since 2021, bringing Ukrainian music to more than 25 countries worldwide and became fairly known for their performances at major European festivals. Their performance at the Glastonbury John Peel Stage was recognised by The Guardian as one of the "Top acts not to miss at Glastonbury 2022," and their show at 2023 PinkPop earned them a spot in the top 3 best performances at the festival according to critics.
