A South African creative with a dark ambient & afro-groove style of music. Bred in Umlazi, south-west of Durban, w3stt embarked on his musical career late 2020 where he generated local attention with his music which led to him becoming a neighborhood superstar. Introduced to music at a very young age by his big brother who is also passionate about music. He'd play him the likes of Kanye West, Lebo Mathosa, Lira & Lil Wayne. All of these artist have a huge influence in the sound produced by w3stt. However even with the dark minor melodies instilled in him, his style is still versatile. He's a creative spirit, very passionate about his music, never limits himself with his art. He takes this role seriously because, as he says: "whenever I make music, I always think about how it'll influence the next person as a listener".
