Lucky Phalane known as Don Luciano was born in the capital city of all things. The famous city called ZERO ONE TWO, Sosha la ma Soja (meaning Soshanguve of soldiers). He first discovered his love and passion for music back in the 90's in a church choir, where he led the worship team and also trained youth choir. Later Don Luciano joined school choir where he studied the ins and outs of music. How to control your voice, how to breath, how to sustain, the crescendo, the legato and the staccato of choral music. He then moved to England where he got involved in LIVE music in church, learning how to incorporate singing with keys and harmonies. In 2003 Don entered a Karoake competition held by one of the chain of pubs called Yates bar. He went on till he won the first prize in the national competition. Recently Don Luciano released songs like Bayete featuring Afrikan Roots, Mafifing, Dreams featuring Amani Muzik which was released by Anane Vega, Praise featuring Dj Sumbody, the list goes on and on. Don is also a father to a beautiful daughter, a brother and a lover of music. He is also a go getter, nothing stands on his way. O tla makala ale mo, without a formal invitation.
