DVL was formed in 2012 where most of the members met in college at the Academy of Music and Sound.  In true Spinal Tap fashion, they've had more drummers than they've had hot dinners but  feel like they finally found "the One" in Lewis.   After releasing their first album The Pawn That Took the King in 2013 and being nominated for Best Metal Act in 2014 at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards, the band have played countless shows over the years all throughout the UK with big acts such as In This Moment, Jinjer, Sylosis, Act of Defiance, Breed 77, Man Must Die and many more.  On the 27th of May 2022 the band will release their sophomore album Hush.  With tour dates and festivals being lined up as we speak, the band can't wait to get back out on the road and play their new music for the metal loving masses.
