Kozmoz, also known as Matthias Seyss, currently resides in Saint Louis. With releases on Subsidia, Halcyon, Disciple Round Table and Bassweight Records, he’s positioned at the forefront of modern bass music. He’s received support from Slander, Dirtyphonics, Antiserum and Marauda, and has collaborations with BAINBRIDGE, 2SCOOPS and an official High Zombie remix. The Dystopia EP, his debut on Halcyon, set a new standard for the subgenre of future riddim and featured his collaboration Autonetic with Oolacile. He also appeared on Figure’s Terror Vision tour in 2017. Kozmoz’s unique sound design continues to advance the industry, and is nouveau in a way that encompasses both suspenseful tearout and colorful bass.
