Tatenda Munyanyiwa (TEERAGE) a.k.a Skidi is a South African based-Zimbabwean musician known as an Dancehall & Afro-beat artist who has a knack of crafting beautiful songs bursting with emotion. Growing up in the ghettos of Harare, Teerage (Skidi) was constantly exposed to popular Caribbean sounds Reggae and Dancehall music both of which he fell in love with. In time as he would also be drawn into the Afrobeats genre with Artists like Wiz-kid, Burna Boy, late Oliver Mtukudzi, and Decibel, S.Chimbetu Being main source of his inspiration. In 2017 Teerage (Skidi) released his debut vibrant project (EP) titled Eardrum and later in the following years he released Africa and Overnight and it was a lead single to his upcoming project to be titled Eardrum (ii). After some personal matter he decided to take a break and focus on his spiritual journey with intention of coming back. Teerage (Skidi) state piece "Swedera" (Sondela) is a bouyant new song that is set to sweep lovers into romance and affection "Sondela, wadii waswedera" Teerage (Skidi) lyrics portray the life he once lived, current and also his vision for future, mainly depicting the life in the hood. They expound on his life's story, his background aspirations and resilience.
