Dudu Sperb was born in Porto Alegre, Brazil. He debuted as a professional singer in 1988. Among others, he worked with musicians such as Adão Pinheiro, Paulo Dorfman, Cau Karan, Toneco da Costa, Fernando do Ó, Michel Dorfman, Mauricio Marques, Vagner Cunha, Luiz Mauro Filho, Nico Bueno, Giovanni Barbieri, Marcel Estivalet, Antonio Flores and Guinga. Over time, he sang, above all, several repertoires by Brazilian composers and shared the stage with artists such as Zé Miguel Wisnik, Guinga and Milton Nascimento. He has 6 CDs released: Comptines à Jouer (2003 - with french songs for children, in which he made the arrangements and played various instruments); Arrabalero (2008 - with Toneco da Costa on guitar and arrangements, Renato Müller on bandoneon, Clóvis Boca Freire on bass, Fernando do Ó and Giovani Berti on percussion); Coração Sol (2015 - songs by Caetano Veloso Veloso, with Vagner Cunha on violin and Luiz Mauro Filho at the piano); So in Love (2016 - songs by Cole Porter and Brazilian composers, with Michel Dorfma at the piano); Navegante (2019 - songs by Guinga having the artist himself on the guitar) and De Longe e de Perto (2022 - first album in wich he presents his own compositions, with guitarrist Marcel Estivalet and other guests, like Vitor Ramil and Gisele De Santi).
