After attending a mesmerising night of music inside the four walls of Fabric, Joik became hooked on the idea of receiving immense crowd reactions towards his own music. There is simply no musical desire greater for the Drum & Bass producer than watching masses of people dance to his own 170 beats per minute productions, with this aspiration now acting as the fuel for his catalogue of captivatingly crisp and clean D&B productions. Growing up in his hometown of Biggleswade, the first Drum & Bass he encountered was actually by accident. Discovering the high-octane genre via a CD Walkman, it was the sounds of Pendulum that gave birth to Drum & Bass addiction. His hard work and talent have seen him release a string of music, as well as receiving plays on BBC Radio 1 & BBC Introducing multiple times.
