Influenced by his upbringing in Setúbal, Portugal and New York, USA, colismind’s sound is born from a mixture of his life experiences and the places that have raised him. Likewise, colismind first discovered his love for music in Queens, New York when experimenting on GarageBand using his cousin’s macbook. Though this experience only lasted for a few weeks, his passion for creating beats and writing lyrics soon lit a spark that would re-emerge later into his life. Once he moved to Plymouth, UK for university, he began making music as a side hobby, eventually leading to re-discovering his passion and fuelling the fire that started once upon a time. His tracks have now been played multiple times on BBC Radio Introducing Devon & Cornwall, with most recently supporting Sushi Sound on his MTV Music Week debut.
