I'm putting the finishing touches on my debut album and figuring out how to make the most of the experience before I release it. The entire album has been written on an acoustic guitar tuned to open ‘C’ (C, G, C, G, C, E) which is an uncommon guitar tuning described on YouTube as the most emotional of all guitar tuning. The album is inspired by my experience participating in a Sweat Lodge ceremony in Alderville First Nation, where my grandmother was born.
