Dutch-born Dan Krichel first emerged in 1999 as a local DJ in the southern Dutch city of Kerkrade where he grew up. He is a DJ and also a talented producer with more than two decades of experience in creating different house music styles. He also plays piano, saxophone and drums. Later in 2014 Dan started his TIEF TRAUM alias to make a split from his Dan McKinley alias that focuses on Tech House and Techno, and went more into house and deep tech house. For his live sets he makes his own tracks and remixes to give it more of his own unique signature sound. His music and style can be described as an emotional and organic blend of passion. His first official releases became recognized and supported by DJ’s such as Roger Sanchez, Stanford, Unique (CRO), Bas Kunnen and Igor Marijuan (Ibiza Sonica).
