Having spent most of his adolescence in Maine, North Carolina based artist Smitty Taylor is most well known for his locally acclaimed single "Brrskrrangthang ft. Bailey." Often blending the sounds of Trap, Boom Bap, Emo Rap & Hyper Pop among others, Smitty Taylor finds himself trying to transcend genres and mold his own sound. His project "Neurolust" was released in 2022 on Soundcloud, where he gained a small following in his early years collaborating with many other emerging artists from Central and Southern Maine. After graduating from college, where he spent time studying Audio Engineering, Smitty Taylor moved back to North Carolina to re-establish his roots and continue working on his music and career. His work often shows influences from the likes of Mac Miller, Trippie Redd, Lil Uzi Vert & many others. Smitty Taylor has been working hard on his art to elevate himself from a "Soundcloud" generation rapper into a more well-established Artist with his recent releases such as "New Guy" and "Ton1ght (Remix)". His new and long awaited solo EP titled 'Passive Aggressive" releases to all Platforms on March 15, 2024.
