Tazim is a jazz pianist, composer and a producer born and brought up in Kolkata. Following journey of music from childhood through various teachers & self learning, he pursued his bachelors in music from the prestigious A.R. Rahman Foundation KM Music conservatory. He was awarded multiple scholarships during his course of study and finished in 2021. He won prizes in various festivals and in Major Reality Shows like "Ekam Satt World League". He was announced the winner of “Nagaland international Piano festival 2021”. He has worked with A. R. Rahaman, as a session artist for " Harmony with A. R. " and played along with musical Maestros like Ustad Taufiq Quereshi and Dr. Prakash Sontekke . He released his Debut album “DWAM” on 3rd March,2023 which is a rare instrumental fusion of jazz , progressive and hindustani classical music.
