Pianist awarded 1st place in 21 piano competitions in Brazil, was the first placed in 1999 in the important and disputed X Prize Eldorado of Music. 
 In her formation specialize courses in Portugal with the pianist Maria João Pires; in England, having participated as a full scholarship holder of the Third Oxford International Piano Festival; in Brazil, with Lina Pires de Campos; and in France, with pianist Bernard Flavigny. 
 Karin is especially dedicated to the performance of the repertoire for piano of the 20th and 21st centuries, with several pieces performed at first audition. 
 As a soloist Karin has performed with the most important Brazilian orchestras. As recitalist Karin has already performed in Portugal, England, France, Argentina and Paraguay. 
 Karin has 15 albuns recorded and released, having even won several awards with these albuns. The last of these prizes was the Concert Award for Best CD of 2015 in Brazil for his cd Cria - new Brazilian piano music vol.I. 
 In September/19 her cd with Brazilian Belle Epoque Sonatas was released by NAXOS LABEL.
