Classic's musical journey began at an early age singing and rapping for his friends and at local talent shows in the Middle Tennessee area. He started to release mixtapes and distribute them around campus when he attended Middle Tennessee State University. His first mixtape #IHateClassic was released in 2010. In 2011, 2012, and 2013 released "The Soul of N**** Charlie" "#SMH (produced by "Walk Wit A Dip's" Klassix Jones) and Re(Flex)tions (produced by Jordan Bartlett of Cherub). He released his debut album on iTunes "Epic Win" in 2013. The album was a very personal project following a breakup and received critical acclaim from Nashville's Premiere Music Magazine Nashville Scene. "The Fall" was featured on Chris Brown's "Mechanical Dummy" blog and has even garnered radio play in European markets such as Finland! He is also a member of Brandon Jazz's "fake rap band" Hot Tub Club who opened up for Nappy Roots , and Chingy. Classic Williams has also opened up for major hip hop acts such as DMX , Coolio , KRS-One, Curren$y, and Ying Yang Twins and even rock acts like Moon Taxi and Cage The Elephant. Classic has performed at legendary venues in Nashville such as The Basement, 12th and Porter, and Mercy Lounge. He has received major blog recognition. He has also worked extensively and is closely associated with such Nashville Hip Hop acts as Alocodaman and Jung Youth He is also apart of the duo UnPopular Demand with Herschel Lamont
