Liliana Bernardi, has a very busy schedule of concerts, as a soloist, in duo and with prestigious chamber orchestras with which she performed in more than fifty countries. Graduated at the National Conservatory in Rome and the Santa Cecilia National Academy, she continued her training at the Hochschule fur Musik Wurzburg, at Mozarteum and in New York with several teachers, including B. Antonioni, S. Accardo, G. Zhislin, F. Ajo. In the chamber repertoire, she alternates the traditional duo with piano and less common combinations with harp, guitar and contrabass. She worked with great musicians and conductors such as Muti, Maazel, Sinopoli, Sawallisch, Rostropovich, Chung etc, at Scala di Milano, Fenice di Venezia…. A permanent member of the prestigious and historic “I Filarmonici di Roma” orchestra, she was also invited to play by the chamber orchestra “Cameristi della Scala” from Milan, the chamber orchestra “I Cameristi di Santa Cecilia” and Maestro Salvatore Accardo’s “Orchestra da Camera Italiana”.
