Anna Sahlene is a Swedish artist with a career spanning more than two decades. She rose to international fame in 2002 when she represented Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Runaway," achieving an impressive third place. The song has since become a timeless Eurovision classic. With three appearances in Sweden's Melodifestivalen and two in Estonia's Eesti Laul, Anna Sahlene is firmly established as Eurovision royalty. "I adore my Eurovision fans and see them as part of my family—we share a tight-knit community. ESC fans are the most loyal in the world," says Anna. In 2022, she made a powerful return to Eesti Laul with "Champion," an inspiring anthem about overcoming obstacles. Throughout 2024, she has continued to release new music, including her EP "Pop Box." In February 2025, she will make her highly anticipated third appearance in Eesti Laul with the emotional and powerful anthem "Love Me Low." Anna Sahlene is a versatile artist who effortlessly transitions between genres. While she shines as a pop singer, she is also the lead vocalist of a jazz and blues band, performs in musical theatre, and works as a voice actor. She has released three solo albums and is a household name in both Sweden and Estonia, recognized for her numerous TV appearances and live performances. As a voice actor, she went viral for the Swedish version of "We Don’t Talk About Bruno" from Disney’s hit movie Encanto.
