Southern California-based worship band Binley exists to serve the global Church by creating energetic, genuine worship experiences. Lead singer Andrea Hamilton, who works as a part time worship leader at Inland Hills Church in Chino, CA, started the band to serve local churches and young adult events with relevant, even trendy, praise music. Observing for years that fresh, catchy songs could draw people in and create space for people to have real experiences with Jesus, and that it’s hard to write fast worship songs that aren’t cheesy, Dre recruited co-singer Brandon Gill and the two began to co-write and sing together. The newbie band’s first couple singles have found their way on to over 20 Christian pop playlists including Spotify’s official New Christian, and Premier Christian radio in the UK. It also got them an invite to share on TV show Today in Nashville. Binley has had fun leading at church services, student retreats and family events around Southen California. Even with their backing band and plethora of loops synth tracks, Binley leaves room for spontaneous moments, ad lib lyrics and crowd participation.
