Formed in 2019, A.g (47) is a bold fusion of rock, rap, and metal, radiating hip-hop vibes. Fronted by the fiery vocalist MC Arman Ashouri, the band draws inspiration from rap legends like Cypress Hill, Wu-Tang Clan, and Eminem. The talented lineup includes James Schaefer on slide/rhythm guitar, Dean Tuckwell on lead guitar, Oli Harris on bass, and their latest addition, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Liam Moylan, infusing fresh energy. A.g (47) was born from a spontaneous freestyle jam at a party, leading them to break genre barriers and captivate audiences. Dean's electrifying rock edge, influenced by Led Zeppelin and modern metalcore, blends seamlessly. James adds the raw energy of AC/DC, TOOL, and Nirvana. Oli's basslines groove with vibes from acts like Weezer and Reel Big Fish. Hailing from Gadigal/Sydney and Birpai/Port Macquarie regions, A.g (47) embraces their diverse heritage.
