Graham Dalby left the Royal Hong Kong Police to study music at Trinity College of Music. He formed a band in 1985 to play at the 40th VE Day celebrations which was called Graham Dalby and The Grahamophones. The band recorded four albums for President Records, two of which, Mad Dogs and Transatlantique are on Spotify. In 1995 The band recorded a huge anthology of Ballroom tracks at Abbey Road for BMG also on Spotify. In 1997 Graham signed to EMI for an Abbey Road recording of Great Legends of Jazz and Swing, re-issued with extra tracks as Swing Classics in 2000. That same year the BBC released Mrs Bradley Murder Mystery with the title music by the Grahamophones with Graham singing. In 1996 Graham changed the name of the band to The London Swing Orchestra and released a four album anthology with Upbeat Records all of which are on Spotify. Graham and the Orchestra have played all around the world including twice for HM The Queen at Buckinham Palace and Windsor Castle, for the Royal Families of Monaco and Jordon and at concerts globally; Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Cebu, Amaan, Dubai, Jebel Ali, Bahrain, Rome, Milan, Venice, Monte Carlo, Annecy, La Rochelle, Vienna, Berlin, Cologne, Molde, Channel Isles, Dublin, Belfast, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Cardiff and all over England.
