Ashkii Red 1 is born and raised in the small town of Ganado, AZ which is located on the Navajo Nation in Arizona. Ashkii officially began making music back in 2001, with the help of Mistic and SHAdE of Tribe 2 Entertainment. Through the years he released mixtape songs, and has 3 albums currently out. 2 of which are under Northern Arizona's home-based label Studio X Productions. Through his music, he tells about the struggles of growing up on the Navajo Reservation.
