At the start of the covid pandemic Common Sense Kid spent lockdowns learning music, production and audio mixing as something to do and keep himself sane. With a love of UK ska, punk, reggae, dub and electronic music Common Sense Kid wanted to blend these genres of music together with ska punk…after learning how to play the instrument For better or worse…this is the end result. After only starting to do live shows from June 2023, Common Sense Kid has played festivals in the UK and US and also opened for bands such as Sonic Boom Six, Faintest Idea, Millie Manders & The Shutup, Stop The Presses, Hans Gruber and the Die Hards, The JB Conspiracy, Codename Colin, Andy B & The World, PWRUP, Runaway Ricochet, Take Today, Plastic Presidents, Sgt.
