Born Lucas Silva in July of 2002, Luc Silvs was born and raised in the heart of Brazil. When he was only 3 and a half years old, he and his family moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where Lucas learned how to speak English. He started to love rap through listening to his hometown's artists, such as Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller, on the radio during car rides with his father. In 2011, Lucas and his family relocated to Houston, Texas. In a few years, he fell in love with the city and its culture. Artists such as Beyoncé and Travis Scott were representing the city in the music industry, and that pushed Lucas further into the world of hip-hop. He started making beats on Logic Pro X with his MacBook at 11 years old, teaching himself the basics of music theory and the piano. He posted a series of beat tapes on Soundcloud under the name "Stockie", and got a lot of his classmates to start listening. During the summer of 2017, Lucas started picking up the mic and recording vocals. Lucas bought himself a microphone set-up and started dropping several tracks, and by the end of his sophomore year, racked up several thousand streams on his music. In 2018, Luc released 2 collaborations with friend Forestation titled 'Nothing New' and 'Location', reaching over 60,000 and 10,000 streams, respectively. Present-day, Luc Silvs is releasing consistent music on all streaming platforms, and amassing thousands of new fans through social media and record labels.
