Born “Kenneth John Hurst Jr.” in 1990, The New Orleans bred music star blends together the jerky, thumping rhythms of New Orleans bounce music with the infectious hooks and euphoric drops of popular EDM and hip-hop. Keno (an acronym for “Keeping Everything New Orleans”), made a name for himself as a global force to be reckoned with after collaborating with Grammy nominated legendary super producer BlaqNMild b.k.a. BlaqBiggie on the smash bounce remix ‘Lay it Down’. Keno was introduced to BlaqNMild of ‘Musical Geniuses Records’ through a mutual friend, Hasan Simms of ‘Hoodstatus Entertainment’ in 2010. Since then, Keno and Blaq have demolished the bounce scene by flooding the streets with a countless number of bounce hits. Keno has since collaborated with big name acts such as Diplo and Skrillex “Beats Knockin”, Lil Wayne "Clap For Em", Jussie Smollett “Want”, Lil Jon "Bad Bitches", Zonnique "FTCU", EST Gee “Price Tag”, Party Favor "Booty Loose" and “Wiggle Wop”, and a collection of Mad Decent artist.
