Sparked by an early love for post-romantic and 20th century music, particularly the French impressionists and Russian composers, and later by Coltrane's harmony and free jazz, my inspiration has since found its place in jazz.  I've played with Toots Thielemans, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Joshua Redman, John Ruocco, Archie Shepp, Bert Joris, Rick Margitza, Richard Galliano, Dino Saluzzi. I am Philip Catherine's core pianist.
