"Mr. Wolf... a singer-songwriter whose 2012 song, “Make You My Lady,” has been a fixture on South Korean pop charts." - The New York Times Connecticut native, and overseas hit writer, Jim Wolf, came up through the folk-pop singer/songwriter boom of the mid-2000s, releasing a handful of independent albums before suddenly achieving mainstream success in South Korea. "Make You My Lady," an acoustic love song he released in 2012, was unexpectedly adopted by the K-pop community after being prominently featured during a 2014 South Korean celebrity wedding video. The song enjoyed perennial chart success into the next decade and became something of a staple on several popular K-dramas and variety shows, pushing additional songs from Wolf's catalog in broadcast television and topping the charts in South Korea over the last 10 years above some of the biggest names in music including Ed Sheeran, Adele, Beyonce, and Taylor Swift. Wolf's music has appeared in over 100+ television shows (CBS / Sony Pictures, Warner, TBS, KBS, MBN, and on many other networks) as well as in film like You Are My Sunshine. In America, Wolf's song "Just to Be With You (feat. Tessa Allison)" appeared in the first ever same-sex relationship episode of CBS' The Young And The Restless, in which the song was written into the script and the cast members were singing the song to one another as they began their relationship.
